The annual Oak Creek STEAM Fair was a huge success! There were over 125 student participants who demonstrated their exciting and original projects in science, art and coding. We were so thrilled to have so many friends and family members attend as well! In addition to an opportunity to view students' projects, everyone had the chance to engage with multiple science exhibitors, enjoy the Makerspace, and create a beautiful glass art pendant. We would like to extend a huge thank you to our exhibitors: Ana & Alex Braghetta from Intel (#iamintel); Denise Slattery of Tinkercamp, Steve Knipple and family with their computer reassembly project; Kate Fayloga of Tryon Creek; Lauren Miranda of Saturday Academy; Lisa Wilcke and her glass art project; Larry Zurcher of LOSD; and Bob Heymann of Lake Oswego Robotics.
